Job Summary
EMEA Chief Data Office Delivery Lead role to drive adoption of JPMorgan Chase’s data management strategy across the EMEA region, ensuring data policies, governance and standards are applied across lines of business and legal entities. Partner with Firmwide CDO colleagues to deliver regional data office program dependencies, coordinate regulatory-change programs, data tiering, resiliency, data commercialization, and external data safeguarding, and lead regulatory-specific projects. Promote data culture, collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Government Relations, Technology, and Cybersecurity to monitor regulatory initiatives, and foster cross-functional relationships to advance data initiatives aligned with global policies and local regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- Experience in finance or operations within leading financial institutions
- Understanding of data flows and data controls
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various management levels
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of business lines and functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High motivation with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (including PitchPro)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with flexibility to engage diverse teams
