Job Summary
Lead EMEA CDO BAU governance activities for the Firmwide CDAO, partnering with LOBs and Corporate Function CDO colleagues to uphold data policies, governance standards, and regulatory compliance; own the overall EMEA CDO Data Governance BAU across lines of business and legal entities; promote data culture, automate reporting and governance metrics, and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Government Relations, Technology and Cybersecurity to address regional regulatory initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Data Governance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to work independently but not alone, in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to interact and work effectively with partners and other senior stakeholders to support the goals of the business
