EMEA and LATAM Paid Media Coordinator
On-site · London, England, United Kingdom
Job Summary
EMEA Paid Media Coordinator serves as the operational connector between Salesforce's Global Cloud Paid Media team and the EMEA and LATAM Regional Paid Media teams. The role ensures globally developed paid media strategies land effectively across markets—on time, in context, and with local nuance—through structured communication of briefs, performance updates, and feedback. Responsibilities include distributing briefs and guidelines, collecting local market insights, analyzing performance data to identify trends, surfacing issues before delays, improving workflows (including AI-assisted documentation), and building strong relationships across a distributed network of stakeholders. Required qualifications emphasize 3–5 years in digital marketing/paymed, cross-functional collaboration, proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Display Network, or DV360, and strong communication and organizational skills. The role focuses on coordinating multi-market programmes with a global-to-local operating model and leveraging AI tools to automate documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience driving business impact through digital marketing, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments
- Proven experience in a paid media, marketing operations, or project coordination role within a marketing or media environment
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Display Network, or DV360
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of working effectively across global, cross-functional teams
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — comfortable managing multiple information streams across several markets simultaneously
- Comfort with data: able to read performance reports, identify what matters, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
