EMEA Account Sourcing Manager

Job Summary
EMEA Sourcing Manager responsible for end-to-end strategic sourcing for an account across IFM service lines, leading negotiations to achieve savings targets, managing RFPs, bid analyses, supplier onboarding and contract management, and delivering regular KPI-based reporting. Develop and implement S&P strategic sourcing plans, ensure compliance and risk management, maintain supplier frameworks, and drive supplier performance and sustainability initiatives for the client across the EMEA region. Requires 5-10 years in procurement/sourcing, deep IFM experience, strong analytical, numerical, and commercial acumen, and excellent English communication; MCIPS or country equivalents preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years in Procurement / Sourcing
- Deep understanding of IFM services and supplier environment
- Strong analytical ability and financial/commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; additional WE language preferred/required
- Experience with RfX/e-auctions and Bravo/Jaggaer systems
- MCIPS or Country Equivalent preferable
