Job Summary
Lead in-game promotions, contests, and announcements to entertain and involve fans throughout the game. Work closely with the Railroaders promotional team to execute on-field activities seamlessly while maintaining a high-energy demeanor that interacts with fans of all ages. Serve as the public face of the Railroaders, embodying the team's commitment to creating a warm and welcoming environment. Quickly adjust to game day changes and unexpected situations to ensure a smooth experience for fans. This role requires previous experience in public speaking or live event hosting, excellent improvisational skills, and the ability to work in extreme outdoor weather conditions. Candidates must also be able to lift over 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to lift, pull, push and/or lift weight greater than 50 lbs
- Required to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in public speaking, theater, or live event hosting preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and improvisational skills
- Ability to work in extreme outdoor weather conditions to include heat, cold and rain
