EMC Testing Specialist

EMC Testing Specialist responsible for electrical verification and validation testing across EMC, EMI, and ESD performance. Set up and operate test stands (environmental, vibration, electrical), install test components, and execute established test procedures to validate product conformance. Collect and document test data for inclusion in laboratory test reports and configure continuous monitoring equipment as required. Create validation test plans, procedures, fixtures, and setups aligned with customer specifications, risk evaluations, reliability needs, and field data. Oversee environmental testing equipment, test samples, prototypes, and related documentation (BoM, targets, and customer requirements). Work with cross-functional teams, propose product/process enhancements, and ensure compliance with internal standards and customer specifications. Proficient in MS Office for documentation, analysis, and reporting; experience in EMC/EMI testing or related certifications is preferred. Education at MBO-level (secondary) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics; strong English communication skills; passion for electronics and structured approach to work.
