Embryologist / Senior Embryologist

Job Summary
Conduct daily embryology procedures including IVF cycles, ICSI, embryo transfers, cryopreservation, and sperm analysis while maintaining strict aseptic techniques and quality control standards. Perform meticulous data entry, maintain detailed patient logs, and communicate embryo development outcomes directly to physicians. Manage laboratory equipment, coordinate procedure scheduling with nurses, and ensure all ART records comply with SART and CAP inspection requirements. Assist in clinical research projects, manuscript preparation, and participate in continuous improvement exercises. Work Monday through Friday with rotating weekend and holiday coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Biology or related field
- 2+ years or more of experience, signed off on all embryology lab duties with minimal training required
- Ability to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis with other teammates
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good research skills
- Tech savvy
- Flexibility and willingness to learn at all times
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities, communication and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Artisan and Matcher experience
- Have the desire to develop and coordinate clinical research projects
- Have the desire to obtain additional competency certification by the American Board of Bioanalysis
- Experience with trophectoderm biopsy
