Job Summary
Lead the daily operation of an assigned embroidery production team while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery goals are met. Train team members on job responsibilities, safe work practices, and department procedures. Monitor attendance, punctuality, and payroll approvals while maintaining accurate Workday records. Establish daily production priorities, utilize production reports and work orders to organize workflow, and coordinate resources as needed. Operate embroidery equipment, process orders, prepare garments, and make quality adjustments when necessary. Promote a safe work environment, address safety concerns in accordance with OSHA standards, and maintain 6S principles. Assist with performance reviews, compensation discussions, and special projects as assigned. Work Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM in Longmont, CO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts

Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
- Previous embroidery, sewing, decorating, apparel production, manufacturing, or related experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to accurately interpret work orders and production paperwork
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
