Job Summary
Lead and support the embroidery team to meet daily production targets and deadlines by operating multi-head machines and assisting with complex orders. Monitor quality control to ensure all products meet company standards while coordinating job assignments and workflow to maximize efficiency. Train, coach, and mentor team members on processes, equipment, and best practices; troubleshoot machine issues and escalate maintenance needs when necessary. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA regulations and reporting unsafe conditions immediately. Track production progress and report on performance metrics to management. Sunday through Thursday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM; overtime may be required during peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in embroidery production
- Experience with multi-head machines
- Strong knowledge of embroidery machines and production processes
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with multi-head machines, preferably ZSK
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
