Embroidery Supervisor/Department Lead

Oversee two fifteen-head Barudan multi-head machines and two six-head Barudan machines, performing all sew outs on one head machine and 1-offs. Schedule jobs, assign operators, and ensure on-time delivery while training new embroidery machine operators. Perform daily and weekly machine maintenance, review orders before press to minimize downtime, and track inventory items for the embroidery room. Maintain quality and safety standards while enforcing housekeeping protocols. Requires 3-5 years of embroidery experience, previous supervisory experience, and bi-lingual English/Spanish skills.
