Embroidery Supervisor/Department Lead

Oversee embroidery production on Barudan multi-head machines (two 15-head and two 6-head units); perform all sew outs on one-head machine and 1-offs, schedule jobs, assign operators, and ensure on-time delivery. Train new embroidery machine operators, conduct daily/weekly machine maintenance, review orders before press to minimize downtime, track inventory items for the embroidery room, maintain quality standards, enforce safety and housekeeping standards. Requires 3-5 years embroidery experience with prior supervisory or lead operator experience; strong multitasking and interdepartmental communication skills. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus. Located in Milwaukee, WI, focusing on customized apparel and promotional merchandise for schools and nonprofits nationwide.
