Job Summary
Operate and maintain embroidery machines by reading work orders, setting up threads and materials, and performing regular cleaning, oiling, and minor fixes. Monitor production for issues, make quick adjustments, swap needles, and fine-tune settings for various fabrics. Inspect finished pieces against quality standards and keep the workspace organized while adhering to safety guidelines. This night shift runs Monday-Thursday from 4pm to 2:30am with full-time hours and paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to twist, turn, pivot, squat, bend, etc.
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to detect slight differences in colors
- Good manual dexterity
- Hand/eye coordination
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills required
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with others to produce quality products for our customers
- Ability to work extended hours – both weekends and evenings as needed
- Leads by example following “Dubow Beliefs”
