Job Summary

Analyze orders to identify design requirements and determine thread colors, then change machine threads and attach hoops to garments. Operate embroidery and laser machines using computer programs to process garment orders while verifying quality and quantity against specifications. Gather replacement garments from inventory, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and organize workflow. Follow safety practices to identify and resolve issues in accordance with OSHA standards. Work Monday through Thursday from 3:30pm to 2am in a full-time onsite production role at Lakeshirts, where you will receive on-the-job training to bring designs to life on t-shirts.

Required Qualifications

High school education desirable, but not required
Must be reliable, responsible and take direction well
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for several hours
Ability to be stand for 8-10 hours a day
Previous production or sewing experience preferred, but not required
Microsoft Word, Doc and Excel experience preferred
Employee must be able to see and hear, read and write
