Embroidery Machine Operator

Clean, maintain, calibrate, program, adjust, and change embroidery machines and settings. Select proper art files, thread, needles, and backing to meet quality and design specifications. Hoop products, load and unload items to/from machines, and troubleshoot issues to maintain design quality during runs. Document machine settings and supplies used on new designs to ensure future consistency. Perform product and order trimming, folding, packaging, and staging to meet needs and quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace through daily cleaning. Participate in and request ongoing personal and team training while supporting teammates as needed.
