Job Summary
Operate Tajima Electronic Automatic Embroidery Machinery by gathering designs, loading them into the machine, ensuring proper placement, hooping, and selecting thread colors to produce quality finished products. Work with area supervisors and team leads to achieve daily goals for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while executing the daily schedule, including pre- and post-production needs. Inspect all products for accuracy of order specifications and troubleshoot any machine issues as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while performing duties that require standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs. This role is part of the Production/Warehouse team at BSN Sports, a leader in team athletic gear, with mandatory overtime potentially including weekends.

- Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Ability to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendance
- Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding
- Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English
- Learn tasks quickly, accurately driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers
- Previous warehouse experience is a bonus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
