Job Summary
Gather supplies for Embroidery Machine Operators by selecting thread, foiling material, and assigning orders. Retrieve completed threads, print instructions and templates for screen appliqué orders, and deliver finished work to operators. Diagnose problems by collaborating with the Digitizing Department and Rep Coordinator to solve workflow issues and manage rush orders. Adjust daily workflows based on supervisor instructions and communicate effectively across departments. Handle multiple interruptions while maintaining organization and flexibility. Lift 30-50 lbs. continuously and work Monday-Thursday from 4:00pm to 2:00am at $17/hr.
Required Qualifications
- High school education desirable, but not required
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Must be reliable, responsible, organized, flexible and take direction well
- Must be able to handle multiple interruptions and follow through on questions or issues as they arise
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. continuously
- Employee must be able to see and hear, read and write
- Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, judgment, reading, speaking, following direction, handling multiple priorities, reasoning
Desired Qualifications
- Previous production experience preferred, but not required
- Have good spelling skills as well as problem solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. continuously
