Embroidery Digitizing Specialist

Job Summary
Embroidery Digitizing Specialist will review and assess new digitizing requests, suggest techniques and sizing, and provide customers with the highest quality embroidery. Responsibilities include analyzing workload distribution among in-house staff and contractors to meet SLA’s, monitoring inbound files for quality, warehousing designs, updating statuses through approval workflows, managing logo approvals, escalating delays to Account Managers, tracking and resolving digitizing issues, distributing work orders, and contributing to process improvements and Embroidery Team SOPs. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in textiles or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ digitizing embroidery design experience; proficiency with Wilcom or comparable software; strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in textiles or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digitizing embroidery designs
- Experience with Wilcom or comparable digitizing software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
