Embedded Team Leader -OS Integration & Automation

Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 SW Integration and Automation engineers to manage the daily integration of the aggregated OS deliveries into Mobileye’s software stack. You’ll track changes from OS development teams, manage integration order, priorities, test coverage and conflicts, and run a daily integration forum to triage issues and assign work. Maintain system-level understanding of OS features, track test coverage by OS developers, and oversee hardware resource utilization and CI load. Act as a single point of contact for OS integration issues, monitor bug escapes and mitigations in test coverage, and balance test coverage with available hardware. This role requires a B.Sc. or higher in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, leadership experience in a tech-lead capacity, 5+ years of embedded SW integration, strong C and Python skills, analytical ability, and experience with CI and automation; embedded Linux Kernel development experience is a big plus.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. or higher in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Prior experience in leadership of a tech lead role
- 5+ years of experience in Integration of Embedded SW
- Strong C and Python programming skills
- Strong analytical skills with hands on ability to track and isolate issues
- Experience in Continuous Integration & automation methodologies and tools
- Big advantage for experience with the embedded Linux Kernel development
