Job Summary
Write and review software and hardware specifications, architecture, and implementation documents according to DO-178b and DO-254 Level D across all life cycle phases. Update coding in Embedded C/ANSI-C99 and design PCBs using Eagle or Altium. Coordinate onsite supplier activities and manage work packages. This role supports a leading global IT services and consulting company in Herborn, Germany, focusing on avionics and embedded systems development.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Embedded software implementation
- Experience in Verification and validation
- Documentation according to DO-178 level D
- Experience in Embedded hardware development
- Experience in layout
- Experience in design
- Experience in simulation
- Verification and validation incl EMV-Debugging
- Documentation According to DO-254 level D and DO-160
- Profound knowledge of DO-178, DO-254, DO-160
- Knowledge of used programming language: Embedded C/ ANSI-C99
- Knowledge of PCB development in Eagle/Altium
- Knowledge of used microcontrollers and protocols: STM Cortex-M4 / TI Cortex-R4
- CAN Communication
- Embedded systems interfaces such as I2C, SPI, SCP and UART
- ARINC-812A
- NFC
- Experience in Airbus Methodologies
- Ability to manage Work package
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of internal tool set: SVN, codeBeamer, Atollic Studio, Embedded Wizard, Redmine, LTSpice
- English and German (added advantage)
