Job Summary
Deliver technical content for software engineering projects by leading and coordinating SW development teams on estimation, planning, and task assignment. Approve technical solutions for SW subsystems and drive software release and delivery processes while escalating unresolved issues. Coordinate activities across other disciplines and manage stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle from acquisition to production launch. Requires 5 to 10 years of experience in automotive or comparable fields with customer contact, functional leadership skills, and familiarity with SW product development processes.
Required Qualifications
- Project Management Competency (Stakeholder Management, Change Management and Problem Resolution Management, Escalation Management, Review and Release Management, Customer Relationship Management)
- Total 5 to 10 years of experience in automotive or comparable field with customer contact
- At least finished one project from Acquisition to Production launch successfully (as team member)
- SW Product Development Process knowhow
Desired Qualifications
- At least functional leadership highly preferred
- Worked as team member in an international team
- Good Communication and Negotiation skills
