Embedded Software Engineer

Job Summary
Develop embedded software for airborne computers, crypto products, and weapon control systems that process mission data and enable precision-guided weapon launches. Lead the software development process with strong proficiency in C++, C, Python, and Linux, while managing HW/SW integration, code design, and testing. Apply technical standards and methodologies to solve challenges, potentially leveraging Agentic AI for continuous improvement. Collaborate within a cross-functional team to ensure air superiority and information dominance for advanced aircraft. This role requires a Department of Defense Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship, with a flexible 9/80 schedule available for those who prefer it.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 3 years relevant experience
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- U.S. citizenship is required
