Job Summary
Develop and maintain embedded firmware in C for Automatic Access Solutions products, working closely with hardware on USB, UART, I2C, SPI, and CAN peripherals. Contribute to migrating current product stacks from Keil MDK and FreeRTOS onto the Zephyr-based ECPLA platform, utilizing devicetree, Kconfig, and the West workspace tool. Implement and integrate shared platform services through clean, documented APIs while writing unit tests to support integration and HIL testing. Bring up and debug hardware-software integration, leveraging strong analytical skills to foresee and resolve problems. Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years in embedded firmware development
- embedded C on ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers
- Experience with at least one RTOS
- Comfortable with embedded debugging (SWD/JTAG, logic analyser, oscilloscope) and reading schematics/datasheets
- Working knowledge of Git and embedded build/toolchain workflows
- Business Fluency English
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on Zephyr RTOS experience (devicetree, Kconfig, West)
- STM family experience, especially H5 or H7
- Knowledge / experience of any of the following: CAN / CANopen / CANopen FD stacks
- Secure boot and firmware-update flows (MCUboot, A/B partitioning)
