Job Summary
Design, implement, test, and validate software for state-of-the-art networking products by understanding requirements, designing sub-modules, and conducting investigations. Debug observed issues, derive fixes, and drive issue closure with relevant parties while actively participating in technical discussions to enable decision-making. Articulate technical proposals and provide regular progress updates to the team lead and manager to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks. Work with specialized module developers, hardware teams, and cross-functional partners to maintain the highest quality delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Solid understanding of software development principles
- Experience with software development tools and processes
- Knowledge of C programming
- Interest and ability to conduct issues investigation and develop solutions
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, eager and quick learner
- Passion for technology
- Team player, able to collaborate and work with global and cross-functional teams
