Embedded Software Engineer - Armament Support Equipment

Embedded Software Engineer (Level 2) to develop software for the Automated Test Equipment used to test armament products in the factory and in the field. The engineer will work with a multi-disciplined team to identify software requirements, design, implement, test, and deploy software on the ATE; translate customer requirements into software specifications for embedded devices and systems; develop software verification plans and procedures and document results; and support Enterprise Software design practices, DevSecOps, and related tooling. Role involves building and writing code for embedded systems software to run on specialized hardware, integrating software with hardware components, and contributing to testing, debugging, and ensuring conformance to project plans and industry standards. Advanced collaboration with teammates to adopt current technologies and processes, including Agile methodologies and toolchains such as Visual Studio, Git, and Jira.
