Job Summary
The Embedded Risk Associate Director at DTCC will support and conduct targeted IT risk assessments, analyze and remediate risk items, manage deadlines and stakeholder expectations, and lead risk management activities. Responsibilities include facilitation of compliance item analysis, issue and action closure facilitation, control evaluations, and acting as a technical expert on applications and technologies utilized by DTCC. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in IT risk management, be capable of leading technical discussions, and possess a strong understanding of security architecture and risk metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- 7+ years of experience in system development, analysis, and/or technical auditing/ examination
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of technologies including Middleware technologies (CICS), APIs (Apigee)
- Deep understanding of core IT processes and technologies (e.g., application development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, resiliency, change management)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing and executing risk assessments across complex IT environments
- Strong experience producing IT quarterly risk reporting for senior management
- Hands‐on experience analyzing IT asset inventories
