Job Summary
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define long-term AI strategy and transformation roadmaps for hospitals, VBCs, or health-tech companies. Embed deeply within client organizations to understand priorities and pain points through direct engagement, then work backwards from vision to prioritize use cases connecting ambition to immediate business value. Design high-value workflows with engineers and researchers while managing team processes to ensure goal delivery and customer commitments. Navigate complex human terrains by establishing project governance, managing challenging stakeholder conversations, and driving change management for product adoption. Translate learnings into reusable playbooks to refine go-to-market motions and grow healthcare footprint.
Required Qualifications
- deep subject matter expertise in healthcare
- understanding of how hospitals run and make money
- understanding of what risk adjustment means
- understanding of how Medicare works
- care deeply about expanding access and effectiveness of our health system
- proven track record of executing end-to-end on large and complex products in healthcare
- ability to abstract complex systems into the right level of clarity
- motivation by working on high leverage, impactful problems in hospital systems, health-enabled services or health-tech
- extreme agency and bias towards action
- fundamental nature as a 'so instead I...' person
- excitement about the potential for AI to transform businesses
- understanding of the gap between what is needed and existing offerings
- hands-on experience with LLMs
- drive to quickly get up to speed with LLMs
