Embedded Intelligence Analyst (9 month FTC)

Job Summary
Monitor security incidents and trends using all-source intelligence, including alert feeds, social media, and in-house sources, to assess impacts on staff, assets, and reputation. Conduct all-source investigations into people and events to identify risk indicators, establish timelines, and support operational decisions. Maintain visibility on employee movements and advise stakeholders through required reporting methods. Research and analyze diverse information to create insightful analysis with visualizations, responding to urgent official requests for action while ensuring compliance. Participate in training and drills to rehearse incident preparation and response SOPs. Support internal stakeholders with ad hoc reporting on geopolitical developments, scenario planning, and forecasts. This role supports a 24/7 intelligence operation for a Global Instant Messaging client's Trust & Safety team within a fully remote Australian Western Standard Time zone.

- Bachelor's degree in International Security, Intelligence, Risk, Geopolitics, or other related disciplines
- Equivalent professional experience to Bachelor's degree
- At least 1-3 years' experience in an intelligence or customer-focused role
- Experience in geopolitical risk
- Experience in corporate security
- Experience in government
- Experience in law enforcement
- Experience in similar due diligence investigations
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in the Australian Western Standard Time zone
- Availability for standard business hours from Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
- Availability for rotating monthly schedule
- Ability to view graphic content
