Job Summary
Design and implement innovative software programs and systems that meet strategic business needs, engaging in all phases from concept through deployment and support. Troubleshoot and optimize applications to ensure optimal functionality, while maintaining and improving existing software based on user feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with overall strategy, and assume responsibility for identifying and resolving system-wide challenges. Lead the planning and implementation of new projects to enhance architecture and infrastructure for scalable growth, upholding high standards of quality and reliability. This role offers a clear pathway to advancing into a Chief Software Architect position within a healthcare innovation team leveraging AI for early-stage disease detection.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Extensive experience in full stack development including proficiency in Python, Java, C++, AngularJS, and Git
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with real-time data processing and multithreading
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
