Job Summary
Develop and implement embedded control algorithms for real-time systems, designing software for control and automation while modeling, simulating, and validating system behavior. Integrate control logic on embedded platforms and ECUs, supporting system testing, debugging, and performance optimization through collaboration with cross-functional software and hardware teams. Requires strong C/C++ skills, control theory knowledge, and familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink and RTOS architectures. Fluent Japanese required; English a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in embedded software or control systems development
- Experience with real-time and hardware-near systems
- Strong skills in C/C++ and embedded systems
- Good understanding of control theory and system dynamics
- Familiarity with RTOS and real-time architectures
- Understanding of hardware interfaces and system integration
- Structured and analytical mindset
- Fluent Japanese
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with system modeling and simulation is a plus
- English is a plus
