Job Summary
Embedded AI Senior Associate within the Chief Analytics Office of the Commercial and Investment Bank will accelerate the most impactful AI programs across the CIB-Markets Business, embedding into the business for the duration of each program and partnering with subject matter experts and Analytics/Technology teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions with responsible use of AI in compliance with internal policies and regulations. Responsibilities include learning business context, analyzing data to produce actionable insights, collaborating across teams to deliver AI solutions, and communicating complex analyses to senior stakeholders; must stay up-to-date with cutting-edge AI progress.
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in traditional AI/ML and generative AI
- Curiosity, humility and willingness to learn about the CIB businesses
- Proficiency in Python, orchestration frameworks, SQL and other analytical tools
- Experience or understanding of Financial Services
- Experience in a highly quantitative role, ideally as a data scientist at a growth or research organization
- Deep expertise in statistical analysis, experimental design, and causal inference
- Strong communication and ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
- Ability to learn complex business problem statements and re-formulate in simple terms
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Collaborate with Analytics and Technology teams for end-to-end delivery of AI solutions
