Job Summary
Operate Tajima Electronic Automatic Embroidery Machinery, loading designs, hooping, and producing quality finished products while ensuring proper placement and thread colors. Execute the daily schedule including pre-production and post-production needs, inspect all products for accuracy of order specifications, and troubleshoot machine issues as needed. Work with area supervisors and team leads to achieve daily goals for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Perform mandatory overtime during peak season as required.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1 - 2 years' experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing setting
- Operational, Warehouse, Logistics or comparable experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide numbers
- Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English
- Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems
- Ability to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed
