Job Summary
Copywriter for eCommerce/DTC brands focused on retention marketing (Email/SMS) and conversion-focused website/landing page copy. Write high-converting email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, create engaging SMS campaigns, develop retention-focused messaging to increase customer lifetime value, and collaborate with strategists to optimize campaign performance. Also write landing page and product page copy, support website copy projects, and work with designers and CRO specialists to improve customer experience. Must adapt to multiple brand voices, understand customer psychology and lifecycle marketing, and iterate rapidly based on performance data. AI-native workflow with ability to leverage AI tools for research, ideation, and content production while maintaining quality. Nice-to-Have: Klaviyo experience, Shopify/eCommerce ecosystem familiarity, CRO principles, collaboration with retention and performance marketing teams. This is a fully remote role with growth opportunities across fast-scaling premium brands.
Required Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing Email, SMS, and web copy
- Experience writing for eCommerce and DTC brands
- Proven ability to write conversion-focused copy
- Strong understanding of customer psychology, retention marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing
- Ability to adapt to multiple brand voices and audiences
- Fast iteration mindset and ability to work from feedback and performance data
- AI-native workflow and comfort using AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and content production while maintaining high-quality output
