Job Summary
Lifecycle-driven Email/SMS Marketing Manager responsible for end-to-end execution of campaigns and flows in Klaviyo for Stonehenge Health and future Hi-Altitude brands. Drive retention, subscription growth, and customer lifetime value through welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, cart and browse abandonment, and review-request programs; manage segmentation, personalized content, deliverability, QA, and regulatory compliance; act as Klaviyo admin, coordinate with Recharge and Shopify Plus, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize lifecycle marketing and reporting; thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced environment and contribute to a data-driven growth roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years executing email and SMS marketing programs at DTC consumer brands
- Deep hands-on Klaviyo expertise, including advanced flow architecture, dynamic segmentation, deliverability optimization, A/B testing, and performance analytics
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and Recharge in a subscription DTC context
- Proficient with HTML and CSS for email template customization and rendering troubleshooting
- Power user of Excel, Google Sheets, and AI platforms for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
- Demonstrated procedural QA discipline with documented checklists and defined processes
- Solid understanding of compliance for email and SMS marketing (FTC, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
- Remote-first mindset with strong written communication
