Job Summary
Build, configure, and deploy email campaigns and automated workflows in Adobe Campaign based on defined requirements. Translate campaign briefs into functional workflows, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and personalization logic. Execute comprehensive QA processes covering functional validation, content accuracy, and rendering across devices. Monitor campaign setups for risks prior to launch and support troubleshooting of deployment or workflow issues. QA emails produced by other production specialists across the team, flagging root causes of errors and recommending preventative measures. Partner with campaign managers to clarify requirements and provide clear feedback on feasibility and timelines. This role is a fixed-term contract with a hybrid schedule in Bangalore, Mumbai, or Gurgaon. Candidates require 4+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing operations and development, including proficiency with Adobe Campaign, HTML/CSS, and QA tools like Litmus.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on work in email marketing operations and development
- Experience with Adobe Campaign
- Experience with HTML/CSS
- Experience with Quality Assurance
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Experience with owning or contributing to QA processes for email or marketing automation programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Campaign workflow configuration, targeting, and deployment
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email development and troubleshooting
- Email rendering best practices across clients (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, mobile devices)
- Familiarity with personalization logic, dynamic content, and audience segmentation
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong quality mindset
- Ability to follow structured processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
