Job Summary
Conduct thorough QA and testing on email and SMS campaigns using tools like Litmus to ensure technical accuracy, consistent look and feel, and spelling correctness before deployment. Manage campaign scheduling and execution, while creating and maintaining audience segments and implementing flows and automations in Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Justuno. Validate pop-ups and forms functionality, configure dynamic content for personalization, and provide performance reports with data analysis to inform strategy. Requires extensive Klaviyo expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and strong remote communication skills.
