Email Marketing Specialist

The Email Marketing Specialist role is a hands-on execution position within Civica's Growth Marketing function. Responsibilities include building, configuring, and deploying email communications across campaigns, lifecycle programmes, brand activity, and other business-initiated sends; acting as the primary operational contact for email build requests from campaign, brand, and other teams; performing pre-send quality checks; tracking and reporting on performance; maintaining list hygiene and ensuring compliance standards in a B2B environment; supporting the transition of Civica’s marketing automation platform; documenting workflows and rebuilding templates; and advising stakeholders on best practices. The role requires technical accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple enterprise-grade marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).
