Job Summary
Email Marketing Manager responsible for leading strategy, execution, and optimization of EWTN’s email and SMS marketing to support donor engagement and growth. Drive segmentation, automation, deliverability, compliance, and performance reporting; oversee list health and testing; collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and technology partners to enhance capabilities and ensure campaigns align with privacy regulations and organizational goals; manage the Email and SMS Marketing Specialist; leverage analytics to improve acquisition, cultivation, and retention; promote donor lifetime value and audience engagement; require a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years email marketing with 2-3 years SMS marketing; experience with HubSpot, Virtuous, Klaviyo, Salesforce; nonprofit fundraising experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of email marketing experience
- 2-3 years of SMS marketing experience
- expertise in segmentation, analytics, compliance, deliverability, and marketing automation platforms
- experience with CRM/marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Virtuous, Klaviyo, Salesforce
- ability to troubleshoot deliverability and data-related issues
- experience in nonprofit fundraising or subscription/sustainer programs is a plus
- strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- data-driven mindset and ability to derive actionable insights for leadership
