Job Summary
Develop and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns to nurture internal and external engagement. Build and launch emails, configure Journeys and Journey Builder flows, and continuously monitor automations for optimization. Partner with internal stakeholders, attorneys, and strategy teams to drive conversions, while identifying gaps in client communication and recommending solutions. Update complex data relationships and build audiences using SQL, adhering to email best practices and open KPIs. Edit HTML templates and work alongside marketing, operations, and IT teams to execute business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Email Marketing (1+ years)
- Experience with setting up Automations
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (1+ years)
- Basic SQL Experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, minimally supervised environment
- Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to manage individual work as well as the flexibility to help others and step in to build emails if needed
- Must be a creative, open-minded, and outgoing team-player
Desired Qualifications
- Basic Ampscript or SSJS a plus
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Experience editing HTML templates
- extra points for experience building responsive email templates
- Willingness to learn SQL
- Email strategy to build open KPIs
