Job Summary
Email Marketing Automation Specialist to build, execute, and optimize high-volume email campaigns across global marketing teams. Responsibilities include building and maintaining audience segments using Adobe marketing technologies (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Eloqua), executing end-to-end email campaigns with QA and scheduling, ensuring branding, personalization, compliance, and data usage standards, supporting recurring and triggered campaigns across regions, performing thorough QA checks on segmentation logic and data accuracy, troubleshooting data/segmentation issues, and collaborating with Marketing Automation Supervisors, program managers, and data/tech teams. Requires hands-on experience with AEP/Eloqua, strong fundamentals in email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, personalization, and deliverability, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple campaigns, and experience working with global teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or digital marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Oracle Eloqua, or similar email/marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of email marketing fundamentals, including segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle campaigns
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM and data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CDPs)
- Basic understanding of email compliance and deliverability best practices
- Experience working with offshore or cross-functional global teams
