Job Summary
Email Lifecycle Manager responsible for driving customer engagement, product adoption, and revenue growth through scalable lifecycle programs. Own onboarding, activation, product adoption, expansion, and re-engagement initiatives across a global customer base; design automated nurture journeys for trials, new customers, and enterprise users; develop educational and engagement campaigns; collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to optimize onboarding experiences and retention. Build automated workflows across HubSpot and other platforms; run ABM and revenue-enabled email sequences; conduct ongoing A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, cadence, audience segments, and automation logic; monitor metrics such as trial-to-subscription conversion, product adoption, retention, and churn. Bring deep expertise in email marketing, CRM, segmentation, personalization, and analytics to improve trial conversion, onboarding, and expansion while partnering across teams to drive measurable revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or revenue marketing
- Deep expertise in HubSpot and marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and customer journey design
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS, enterprise, or product-led growth organizations
- Analytical mindset with experience using GA4, Looker Studio, CRM reporting, and marketing attribution
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
