Job Summary
Design, administer, support and modernize ADT’s Microsoft Exchange environment (Exchange Online and hybrid), ensure high availability, security, and compliance; automate with PowerShell; manage RBAC; monitor health; collaborate with security/compliance; perform change management and on-call rotations as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Exchange in an enterprise environment
- Hands on experience with Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange deployments
- Microsoft certifications such as MS 102, MS 203, or equivalent
