Job Summary
Design high-performing email campaigns, flows, and templates for eCommerce brands, including promotional, welcome series, abandoned cart, and winback initiatives. Create responsive, mobile-first designs in Figma and build campaigns within Klaviyo, translating marketing briefs into polished layouts that maintain brand consistency. Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to optimize conversion rates while preparing organized assets for development teams. Support A/B testing initiatives, iterate based on performance, and stay current on design trends and platform capabilities. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistent on-time delivery and thoughtful, conversion-driven decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in email design, digital design, or retention marketing
- Strong portfolio showcasing email marketing and campaign design work
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Advanced proficiency in Klaviyo
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, and responsive design
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and customer journey flows
- Familiarity with email platform limitations and rendering considerations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with motion design, GIF creation, or lightweight animation
- Experience designing for eCommerce, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for email design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries in Figma
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, with the ability to adapt creative execution to distinct brand identities while maintaining efficiency, and organization across a fast-paced volume of work
- Understanding of email analytics, CTR optimization, and conversion-focused design
- Knowledge of accessibility email optimization
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude Design
