Job Summary
Own end-to-end email production, including build, setup, testing, quality assurance, and deployment for high-volume, high-risk communications. Partner cross-functionally with line of business stakeholders, technology teams, compliance partners, and vendors to execute campaigns from intake through deployment. Manage production timelines and dependencies while enforcing standards to minimize defects and redeployments. Coordinate comprehensive email testing across teams to validate content, targeting, rendering, and compliance. Develop and maintain email assets using HTML and dynamic content logic. This role supports the Email Channel at Bank of America, focusing on tactical plans for client eligibility and platform enablement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in email production, execution, and operational delivery within a complex environment
- Deep hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including AMPscript and HTML for email development, execution, and troubleshooting
- Strong project and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across large, cross functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments independently while meeting strict execution timelines
- Exceptional attention to detail, with proven experience performing quality control and audit checks
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
