Job Summary
Write, edit, and send email campaigns and newsletters that inform, engage, and drive action across the agent network. Plan, schedule, and publish social media content while monitoring engagement, responding to inquiries, and tracking performance metrics. Analyze campaign data to compile results and translate them into insights that inform future content and improve engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a content calendar, coordinate timelines, and ensure assets and approvals stay organized. Review all creative assets, including AI-assisted outputs, for accuracy, tone, and brand compliance before distribution. Support event-related promotions and help maintain marketing documentation and workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing with some exposure to social media marketing
- demonstrated writing ability
- hands-on experience drafting and sending campaigns
- Strong email copywriting skills
- solid grasp of what makes a subject line, body copy, and call to action effective
- intuitive sense of how to adapt tone for different audiences
- Strong project coordination skills

- strong proofreading capabilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- familiarity with Canva

- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- basic HTML knowledge
- Familiarity with basic marketing analytics and reporting
- Must reside and be authorized to work in USA
Desired Qualifications
