Job Summary
The Email Account Manager will lead multiple retention channels including email, SMS, and loyalty, managing a portfolio of clients while driving strategy and optimizing day-to-day operations. Responsibilities encompass account management, campaign implementation, and delivering insights reports aligned with client objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retention marketing
- Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with other ESP’s (Braze, or Klaviyo are preferred)
- Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Experience and/or passion working with DTC brands
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to present data to clients in a meaningful way
