Job Summary
Senior Associate in the Deals Insights and Analytics (DIA) Transaction Services Team. You will develop analytics to reveal core business strengths for clients and investors, translate complex financial concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to KPI-focused forecasts and cash flow/earnings analyses. The role emphasizes client-facing collaboration, mentoring, and the delivery of data-driven tools to inform deal decisions, enhance business value, and support strategic decision-making. You will build partnerships with clients (Private Equity Houses, Corporate Clients, CFOs, FP&A Directors) and contribute to business development, reporting frameworks, and performance insights using data analytics, visualization, and modelling across deals lifecycle. Essential skills include ACA or international equivalent, PowerBI/Tableau, Alteryx, Power Query, SQL and/or Python, with a strong emphasis on communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. The position is based in London or Manchester and requires senior-level expertise in analytics and deal advisory.
