Job Summary
Senior Associate in Deals at PwC, based in London or Manchester, will craft and deliver analyses that support strategic decision-making throughout the deal cycle. You’ll build three-statement financial models to evaluate financial plans and scenarios, develop analytics to reveal business drivers, and translate complex financial concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders. The role emphasizes advising clients with KPI-focused forecasts, strengthening negotiation positions through in-depth financial analysis, and partnering with management to drive post-deal performance improvements. Essential skills include ACA/ACCA or international equivalent, Advanced Excel, client-facing experience, and familiarity with Power BI, Alteryx/Power Query, and VBA/Office Scripts; exposure to SQL/Python is beneficial. The team values collaboration, teaching/mentoring, and data-driven decision-making across finance and business drivers.
Required Qualifications
- ACA or ACCA (or international equivalent) is essential
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Power BI
