Job Summary
Lead a team of engineers building scalable, high-performance web applications and product experiences, with a focus on front-end and full-stack solutions that integrate AI-enabled features. Drive architecture decisions across SSR, micro-frontends, and state management; ensure features are performant, maintainable, observable, and production-ready. Collaborate with product, design, data science, and cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive user experiences and AI-powered workflows. Mentor engineers, promote engineering best practices (code reviews, testing, continuous delivery), and oversee integration with backend services via REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets. Bring hands-on expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end technologies, and apply strong leadership to grow team capability in modern web engineering and evolving product development practices. Experience with React, Angular, or Vue and a track record of delivering customer-facing products at global scale is expected.
