Job Summary
Lead project management for the eAxle and Motor projects, directing team execution across initiation, planning, and implementation phases while managing schedules, budgets, and quality. Establish customer relationships globally and serve as the technical liaison for customer inquiries. Report project status to management and drive the development of integrated eAxle, DC-DC converters, and battery systems in collaboration with teams in Germany, India, China, and the US. Requires 4+ years in automotive, native Japanese, and business-level English for daily cross-border communication.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- 車両部品のグローバル開発業務経験
- プロジェクトマネージャー又はプロジェクトリーダーの経験
- PMP資格
- PMP資格、あるいはそれ相当の経験
