Job Summary
负责电驱动单元的机械开发,从概念设计到详细结构;设计电机结构包括轴系、密封、传动等必要部件;确认并设计电机与ECU/变速箱/泵之间的接口匹配,解决装配、干涉、NVH及密封等问题;与CAE工程师共同开展磁路、结构、热及流体仿真以推动设计迭代;进行公差栈图分析(GD&T)并发布BoM、2D/3D工程图和测试规范;与全球项目团队及采购、制造、销售等职能部门协同工作,评估供应商技术概念的可行性;编写DFMEA、DFMA、设计指南、测试规范及其他技术文档。此职位要求在电气/机械工程本科及以上学历,具备5年以上相关工作经验,具备在国际化环境中的经历,熟练使用Creo CAD软件,具备良好英文沟通能力。
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years relevant working experience
- Experience in international environment
- Proficient in CAD Creo
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
